First, after the initial try on, I adjusted the shoe by removing the bottom liner and the shoe felt true to length and width. The depth and comfort were a new experiance for me, but the snag I ran into was the upper strap is about a half inch to short, due to my high arch, and tends to only hook up by one or two rows of hooks that release quite often under normal walking.
