These are comfortable shoes. They were a bit stiff in the beginning but the straps loosened up quickly.

This is my second pair of Milano soft bed. I ordered the first pair because I had been having severe heel pain and was desperately trying anything and everything to make my feet feel better. My feet were already in such pain, I couldn't face the break-in period and paid for the soft-bed. Very much worth it - I'll never go back! My only "complaint" is that this shoe is not available in different colors in my size.
