I had to go to a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear with this shoe. I bought it because of the orthotics.It is okay for short time wear, but I would not be able to wear it all day. Drew has other shoes that are more comfortable.

I first had the original Drews, with lots of room around the toe joints. These Drews were so comfortable, but became worn out. I was hoping these Drews would be similar, but they are a little tight around the toe joints for me. Maybe they will stretch out.
Wears this shoe: I wear this shoe to work, where I sit most of the day answering phones.

This shoe has a roomy toe box and is generally comfortable, even with orthotics. However, the heal is a bit wide and scrapes my heal.
